Prayer

Prayer upon us to the movement of God in our lives and in the wider world. Prayer enables us to respond to God's call upon our lives.

The founder of Methodism John Wesley called prayer "the chief means of grace." This means prayer is the sure way for us to achieve communion with God day-by-day, moment by moment. Prayer upon us to the movement of God in our lives and in the wider world. Prayer enables us to respond to God's call upon our lives.

Prayer is a crucial part of the "Epiphany experience." Most weeks in worship we have a time for members and friends to share prayer concerns and joys that are included in the prayer during that service. Every gathering, whether it be a Bible study or a committee meeting, includes a time of prayer. Our senior pastor covenants to pray each year for each member and friend of Epiphany asking what prayer needs they may have individually or as a family.

At the beginning of the Lenten season, during the 24-hours leading up to the Ash Wednesday service, our congregation shares in a 24-hour prayer vigil.

If you have a prayer need, please click the staff tab and send an email to one of our pastors. It is our privilege to pray for you and your need.

God will hear and will attend to your need.
