Dr. Doug Damron, Senior Pastor
Pastor Doug Damron was born and raised in Amherst, Ohio near Cleveland. He and his wife Kimberly have two children Wesley and Clayton. Doug is a graduate of Kent State University, Asbury Theological Seminary, and received his doctorate at United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio. “The Persuasive Power of Humor in Preaching” is the topic of his dissertation. Doug served two churches before being appointed Senior Pastor of Epiphany United Methodist Church in January of 2003. Hobbies include reading, fantasy baseball managing, walking and weightlifting, and Cleveland Indians baseball.  ddamron@epiphanyumc.org

Rev. Lisa Kerwin, Associate Pastor
Lisa is the Pastor of Care Ministries & Congregational Life at Epiphany. In addition to Pastoral Care, she gives leadership to Stephen Ministry, Love-In-Action, Martha’s Ministry, and other care giving ministries. She manages adult small groups and acts as an advocate and gives support to Adult Discipleship, ministry and mission, worship, and evangelism. Lisa graduated from United Theological Seminary in May 2002, with a Master’s Degree in Specialized Ministries with an emphasis in care-giving and counseling. Her undergraduate degree is in Behavioral and Social Sciences from the University of Maryland. She is married to Tim who plays in the Praise Band, and they have a daughter Erin, son Kyle, and five grandchildren: Noah, Sam, Annalee, Kyleigh and Jack.  lkerwin@epiphanyumc.org

Rev. Scott Russ, Youth Pastor
Scott oversees the Youth Ministry consisting of Junior High, Senior High and College. He also is the staff representative for the missions department at the church. Scott grew up in Northeast Ohio. He and his wife, Shelly, have been married for almost 20 years now. They have 4 kids, Zachary, Katelyn, Mallory, and Benjamin. Scott graduated from Liberty University in ’91 with a B.A. in Biblical Studies with an emphasis in Youth Ministry. Scott then received his Masters of Divinity Grand Rapids Theological Seminary in ’96 with an emphasis in Christian Education. He served as full time youth pastor in two churches before coming to Epiphany. He enjoys movies, reading, running and working out.  sruss@epiphanyumc.org

Anne Lee, Director of Children's Education
Anne has been Children's Ministries Director since 2004. She lives in Loveland with her husband Chris and their three teenagers Jackson, Olivia and Savannah. Anne has a BS in Nutrition from Drexel University and worked eighteen years with Nutrition Support Teams at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and West Jersey Hospital. Anne has been a member of Epiphany since 1996. In addition to being Children's Director (infant - 6th grade), she is the staff liasion to the Connections Team and Wee Three Kings Preschool. James Potts, Director of Contemporary WorshipJames has been playing guitar and singing for 22 years with over 8 years experience in leading worship. James has recently recorded a full length CD, shared the stage with some great Christian artists, including Warren Barfield, inStereo and Eliot Sloan (Blessid Union of Souls), and participated in the 2010 & 2011 Ichthus Music Festival. James and his wife, Sharon, currently reside in Loveland and have 2 children, Taylor and Jeremy.  jepotts@fuse.net 

Chester Imhausen, Director of Traditional Worship
Chester has a Bachelor's degree from the College-Conservatory of Music at U.C. and
a Master's from X.U. He served as music teacher at all grade levels for 35 years at the Forest Hills School District. Also during that period he directed the Chancel Choir and the handbell choirs at Norwood Grace UMC. He belongs to many professional music organizations including ACDA and AGEHR, and pursues continuing education with a passion. He can be seen attending many concerts and plays through-out the region. He coordinates all the Tradtional Music groups and directs the Voices in Praise, the Youth Voices in Praise (grades 7 - 12) and the Children's Handbell choir at Epiphany UMC.  cimhausen@epiphanyumc.org

Kathy Millburg, Church AdministratorKathy and her husband, Mark, have lived in Loveland since 2003 and joined Epiphany in 2004. They have two grown daughters, Stacy and Katy. Kathy retired in June, 2005 after teaching elementary school for 32 years. She is active in Love-in-Action at Epiphany and was Membership Secretary for a year before taking on additional duties in the position of Church Administrator. Jenny Houston, Church Secretary
Jenny grew up in Milford, Ohio. She and her husband, Tim, reside in Milford and they have two children, Trey and Kennedy. Jenny is a graduate of the College of Mount St. Joseph where she received a Bachelor of Graphic Design degree. Before coming to Epiphany, Jenny worked for a local marketing firm downtown. Jenny enjoys taking long rides on their Harley, watching baseball and gymnastics and spending time with her family.  jhouston@epiphanyumc.org


Cindy Gordon, Treasurer
Cindy has been a member of Epiphany since 1996 and has held several staff positions at the church. Some of those include: Director of Children's Ministries, Preschool Liaison, Church Treasurer and currently Manager, Congregational Finance. Cindy is a member of the Love-in-Action group and likes to help out with the Senior High Youth Group and Confirmation. Cindy and her husband, Rex have two children--Adam and Marisa. She enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her family and good friends. She is also an active member of the Greater Cincinnati Walk to Emmaus.  cgordon@epiphanyumc.org

Beth Price, Children's Music Coordinator.
Beth and husband, Andy are originally from Eaton, Ohio and fell in love with life in the Cincinnati/Loveland area. They have two sons, AJ and Austin who are involved in many of the children's & youth activities. Beth is a graduate of Bowling Green State University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Education degree. She has also taken classes at the University of Dayton and Wright State University. Beth was a teacher for children with severe behavior problems prior to becoming a mom. She began volunteering in the children's music program at Epiphany when her oldest child was 4 years of age and has been active ever since. bprice@epiphanyumc.org

Stacy McDowell, Wee Three Kings Director
Stacy McDowell grew up in Goshen, Ohio. She and her husband, Tim, reside in Blue Ash and have been married for 14 years. They have two children, Cassy and Julia. Stacy is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University where she received her Bachelor’s in Elementary Education. Before coming to Wee Three Kings Preschool, she spent three years as director of Anderson Hills Preschool. Alex Gartner, Saturday Blend Worship Leader
Alex is the Worship Leader for the Saturday Blend Service and is the accompanist for the Voices in Praise. He is a Cincinnati native and attends the College-Conservatory of Music at the University of Cincinnati studying choral music education. Alex is an active pianist and musician around the area, and is currently the associate accompanist for the Cincinnati Children's Choir. He is also the director of camps at Coney Island. In his spare time, he enjoys digital photography, composing music, and being outdoors.  agartner@epiphanyumc.org

Tom Long, Organist, Traditional Worship
Tom Long has served positions of Organist, Pianist, and Music Director for over 30 years in the greater Cincinnati area. Tom has a Bachelor's degree and a Master’s degree from the College-Conservatory of Music at U.C. He is a published author of music curriculum materials, training programs, and texts on the business aspects of teaching. In the business world, Tom has worked in marketing/sales and strategic planning for companies in Cincinnati, and currently consults on the design and implementation of business process improvements to increase a company’s value to its customers. Emily Dahlke, Child Care Coordinator
Emily Dahlke is married to Drew Dahlke and mother of Kole and Chase. She has been working in the nursery over the past 14 years. Emily has a degree in Management Information Systems from Bowling Green State University. She previously worked for Sara Lee in their IT department before finding her place as a full time stay at home mother and nursery coordinator. Robert Smith, Caretaker
Robert and his wife Phyllis have owned a home in the Loveland area since 1987. They joined Epiphany in 2007 after Robert retired. He spent 43 years in electrical utility management both locally and abroad. They have two children and two grandchildren. Steve Mingus, Caretaker
Steve and his wife, Sally, have lived in Loveland since 1995 and became members of Epiphany in 1997. They have three grown children, Michael, Julie, and Steven along with two grandsons, Christopher & Eoin. Steve retired in November, 2006 from Duke Energy after working there for 36 years within Information Technology. He enjoys family, movies, walking and especially his iJoy. smingus@epiphanyumc.org


Scott Hauff, S.A.L.T. Technician
Scott loves living in the Cincinnati area! He grew up in Milford and currently lives in Amelia. He graduated from Southern Ohio College with an Associate’s degree in Audio and Video Production. In addition to Epiphany, he also works at Clear Channel Radio and Brown Mackie College. In his spare time, Scott enjoys spending time with his girlfriend Michelle, playing with ANYTHING electronic, and being a life-long Bengals fan…WHO-DEY! salt@epiphanyumc.org


Philip Jones, S.A.L.T. TechnicianPhilip initially studied music recording at Dallas Sound Lab in Texas and later went on to earn an AAS degree in Audio/Video Production from Brown Mackie College. He worked as an Engineer at WKRC-TV before moving on to be an Engineer for Telos Digital Television Network, a new television network just getting started. Philip also does freelance work around the area recording bands, mixing music, and mastering albums.
